BBQ Chicken Jerky

We put a lot of different spices into this chicken jerky variety to make the perfect BBQ flavor. It's sweet with a perfect blend of many spices.

Original Beef Jerky

This is the one that started it all back in 1975. This is our most popular and probably always will be. If you're in doubt, original beef jerky is the perfect place to start. It's mild with a combination of many many spices.

Jalapeno Cheddar Summer Sausage

We use whole muscle meat for our summer sausage. we use a combination of the shoulder for flavor and the round for the lean. this variety has both jalapeno and cheddar. it's not too spicy, but has a great jalapeno flavor. also, the cheddar cheese compliments this summer sausage very nicely.

Double Smoke Turkey Jerky

What we've done here is take the original turkey jerky and really hit it with some serious rich hickory smoke. when you think of "old school" jerky, this is what you get.

BBQ Pork Jerky

This is another variety we started making in the late-80's. We put a lot of different spices into this pork jerky variety to make the perfect BBQ flavor. Pork and BBQ are just a natural fit.
